Bistro Le Chat Bleu

Bistro Le Chat Bleu welcomes locals and visitors alike to enjoy good food, drink and hospitality. Housed in a historic general store, we are located in the heart of picturesque Baie Verte, NB.

Paying homage to a classic “bistro” tradition, we offer fresh, flavourful food in a cozy setting, using ingredients that where possible, are sourced locally. As of this year we are returning to a general store feel featuring artisanal products, while providing an eclectic menu of ‘Bistro’ favourites and new exciting offerings.

We love buying from local farmers and friends including EastMeatsWest Butchers, Portage Pork, Wysmykal Farm, and Sissiboo Coffee Rosters, and countless other small and local vendors.

Our belief is in connecting with our guests and bringing that “small community” feeling into your experience with us.
