Bistro Le Chat Bleu is located at 342 Route 970, Baie Verte, New Brunswick. We are twenty minutes from Sackville, N.B. and Amherst, N.S., less than an hour from Moncton, and directly en route to and from Prince Edward Island.

Monday 10 am - 6 pm Tuesday - Closed Wednesday 10 am - 6 pm Thursday 10 am - 6 pm
Friday 10 am - 6 pm
Saturday 10 am - 6 pm
Sunday 10 am - 6 pm

* Kitchen open from 11am - 4:30pm
