Bistro Le Chat Bleu

Bistro Le Chat Bleu welcomes locals and visitors alike to enjoy good food, drink and hospitality. Housed in a historic general store, our restaurant is located in the heart of picturesque Baie Verte, NB.

Paying homage to a classic “bistro” tradition, Bistro le Chat Bleu’s owner and staff devote themselves to providing fresh, flavourful food in a cozy setting, using ingredients that where possible, are sourced locally. We love growing our own food, and buying from local farmers and friends including Holdanca Farms, EastMeatsWest Butchers, Portage Pork, and Wysmykal Farm.

As important as the food, is the bistro’s belief in connecting with customers. Bringing that “small community” feeling into the eclectic dining room is what we do best - we are delighted when conversations begin to flow between tables and we can catch up with returning guests.
