A place for community to connect, eat and experience the beautiful moments that life has to offer.

Le Chat Bleu is a gathering place designed around experiences rather than traditional restaurant hours. Throughout the year, our space comes alive through a curated calendar of public events, creative workshops, and intimate private gatherings.

We open our doors each Wednesday for our Community Café, a relaxed moment for neighbours, friends, and visitors to drop in, share conversation, and enjoy simple café offerings.

Beyond Wednesdays, Le Chat Bleu hosts a rotating calendar of experiences including pop-up events, music evenings, workshops, artists showcases, Talks & Lectures.

Our space is also available for private gatherings of 25 to 45 guests, with flexible options for catered or non-catered events. Whether you are celebrating a milestone or bringing people together for meaningful conversation, Le Chat Bleu offers a warm and distinctive setting.

• Workshops and small group experiences

2026 Season re-opens May 1st

Le Chat Bleu is located at 342 Route 970, Baie Verte, New Brunswick. We are twenty minutes from Sackville, N.B. and Amherst, N.S., less than an hour from Moncton, and directly en route to and from Prince Edward Island.

Le Chat Bleu now opens around community moments and special events.
